College is a stressful time! We all like to think that we have everything under control, and that we are superheroes who can do it all without breaking a sweat, but the truth is that we all get stressed out sometimes. Whether it is due to a big test coming up, too many papers to write, relationship struggles, or other things going on, there is nothing wrong with admitting to being stressed.
